Do not miss what is sure to be a riveting, in-depth panel discussion on the events at the heart of the 2022 Coretta Scott King Award Winner for both Author and Illustrator, Unspeakable: The Tulsa Race Massacre written by Carole Boston Weatherford with Illustrations by Floyd Cooper.  We are fortunate to have an immensely talented and knowledgeable panel to enlighten us on both the historical and artistic content of this emotionally powerful piece of nonfiction.  The panelists are multi award winning author Carole Boston WeatherfordLarissa McNeil, the Coordinator for the Tulsa City-County Library's African American Resource Center; and Laura Raphael, the Children's Services Coordinator for all 24 Tulsa City-County Library locations.
