Kelly Czarnecki is a Teen Services Manager-Loft at ImaginOn Charlotte Mecklenburg Library.  Kelly (she/her) is an accomplished librarian and has contributed extensively to the literature on teens and libraries, particularly with technology as a focus. She is the current YALSA President 2021-2022.

Tammy Dillard-Steels is YALSA's current Executive Director. Tammy has over 25 years of experience in both the non-profit and private sector.
