Presenters
Mary Fellows has managed a youth services department, a small library and a staff of 60. She intentionally moved back from administration to youth services and now works with the youth services staffs of 29 independent public libraries, guiding, training and championing. Mary is a former ALSC President.
Lisa Mulvenna has over 20 years of presenting highly energetic story times and early literacy programming. As a manager, she now works with staff to develop new services, programs and outreach for ages 0-18 and their families. Lisa was the recipient of the 2012 Pletz Award for Youth Services, given by the Michigan Library Association.
Uma Nori has 15 years experience working in a suburban library that is well loved by its community and has a busy Youth Services department serving birth through fourth grade. As a department head, she creates staff schedules, manages the budget, plans and oes highly energetic early literacy story time programs and events. She is the previous co-chair of the ALSC Managing Children's Services Committee and is on the 2024 Scott O'Dell Award Committee.
