On-Demand Webinar: Secrets to Crafting a Winning Webinar Series

The Georgia Library Association's Carterette Series Webinars, established in 2010, provides free, continuing education webinars highlighting trends, innovation, and best practices in libraries. The current Carterette team, with a combined 24 years experience, will present the necessary components and best practices for developing a successful webinar series from concept through assessment. Covered topics include establishing your purpose, administering your webinar through structured team member roles and documentation, subject matter selection, scheduling, marketing, and assessment. In addition, we will discuss day-of hosting necessities including required technology, presenter orientation and training, and how best to prevent and troubleshoot issues for your attendees.

  • Identify the people power, technology, and sponsorships necessary to create their own webinar series; and
  • Begin to establish a yearly calendar for successful creation and completion of a webinar series.
