The updated RDA identifies three types of aggregate: collection aggregate, augmentation aggregate, and parallel aggregate. Participants will describe an example of each of the three aggregate types. Topics covered in the module include relationship shortcuts, cardinality restrictions applicable to aggregates, and relationships between aggregate manifestations and agents.

After completing this module, you will be able to:

  • Identify manifestations that are aggregates
  • Understand use cases for relationship shortcuts
  • Find appropriate elements to relate aggregate manifestations to agents

This lab is part of the RDA Lab Series. Note: Verbal and visual instruction for this series will be conducted in English.
